We are relevant of the collective agreement 3018: Office of Technical Studies, engineers consulting firms, Companies Consulting (SYNTEC). However, the employees of Agilecom benefit from a health and welfare plan that goes beyond the provisions of this convention.

Agilecom pays VAT on receipts and does not apply any discount for early payment.

In conformity with article l. 441 - 6 of the French Commercial Law, penalties of delay are due to be paid the day following the payment deadline mentioned on the invoice. The rate of these penalties is three times the legal interest rate.
